Minnesota
As many of you know Daegan and I have not been on a overnight er since we have been married. I'm not complaining because that's just how it is when your in school and have kids. It was tough getting Daegan to go. Who wouldn't jump for joy with a night away with me? Our anniversary is this month so his mom booked us a hotel up on the north shore. The shore being Lake Superior. We went hiking and did a cool tour of Split rock lighthouse. I forgot to put the memory card back into our camera so we don't have any pics. But if we did, Daegan would be smiling in everyone because he was so happy to have some alone time with me.
As for a job..........nope.
There is a good possibility for one in Bozeman or maybe Billings, Montana.
The kids miss there friends. So do we.

Graduation & mixed emotions
The handsome grad. Even the gentlemen in the back was getting a little teared up.
We started the day off at Shady Maple Smorgasbord. Yummy. Sorry my beautiful face isn't in this one. I was taking the picture.
Eli munching on his hand while waiting for some grub.
Here we are in front of the Academy of Music. (where graduation was held)
I know, my hair is flat. It lookes like I had a hat on. I thought it looked better than that.
Brent and Allayne Orr. Pround parents of their son.
Eli playing with my necklace while sitting through some boring speeches.
We pack up the truck tomorrow and leave on Sunday. Tears. We have no job. More tears. D's parents are going to help us drive our cars back. We will be stopping in Palmyra and Niagara Falls and then to Minnesota (where they live) We will be there for a couple weeks and then we are going to Idaho. Hopefully in that time we can find some work. We will miss you all!!!

NICE GESTURE
A couple days later he receives a package in the mail and tells me that he bought me a present.
Maybe its a gift card from the nail place. Yeah!
Nope, it was a flashlight. A $15 flashlight.
(FYI.....Daegan is a flashaholic and he secretly wants me to share his passion.)
Then I sent him to Target to get a couple things and he brings me home this. (I did mention awhile ago that a knife in my purse would be handy) This also costs $15. It may look familiar because it is the same Swiss Army Knife he bought Mason for Christmas. Only mine is blue.
If you need to get a calculator out to add these two gifts together go ahead. I'm sure you got the same answer as me. $30. Which is the price of the mani and pedi. I guess D thought this was just as good as having someone rubbing my feet and hands. Thanks for the gifts honey. It was thoughtful!
Maybe his plan is to do it himself using the light and the nail file on my knife.
I'll keep you posted.
