Gosh people, it's been a long time.
So we purchased our first barbecue.
Daegan wanted a charcoal one. The food does taste better but it takes so much longer. But since he is the one who will be doing the grilling it doesn't matter to me. As
long as I get my meat done medium-well.
Plus this one cost $40 compared to $250. We could have got one off the side of road but who knows what people put on barbecues.
We had
Daegan's assistant Kim and her husband Brock over to break it in. Menu.......
tri -tip and barbecue chicken. We know how to do it.

After the excitement of the barbecue died down I made some flowers. It was a good weekend.

My mother-in-law gave Mason an old
CD-player. Along with Alvin and The Chipmunks soundtrack. He thinks it's so cool. I can't wait for him to take it for show and tell and then have his friend bring a 8GB
nano. He has no idea what he's missing and I love it.
ELi found it and was listening to music all by himself.
ON another note.......
This is Amanda. She is in my ward. She is also "special." She has no family that live here or even try to contact her. She was called to help me out with the music in Relief Society. She likes me.........a lot. She is always rubbing my back in church and trying to lay on my lap. It can get awkward but whatta ya do.
She was in the special Olympics a few weeks ago. My friend Julie and I went to support. She did great. She is such a sweetheart.
It was 7:30 A.M.
