Graduation & mixed emotions

I am feeling happy, sad, proud, and grateful. Happy because Daegan graduated today. No more school. Ever. Sad because no more school. Ever. We are officially in the real world. Proud because he has worked so hard to get to this day and he has been a great father and husband while doing so. I know, I'm sweet. Grateful for all the wonderful friends we have made while being here in Philadelphia. Dental friends and in the VF1 ward. Mason and Camden have both met their future spouses here. Yes, they are both betrothed. This past week has been emotional. I hate saying goodbye to good friends. I don't mind to people I don't like. We have had about 10 "one last time get together with the girls." It's been fun.

The handsome grad. Even the gentlemen in the back was getting a little teared up.

I snapped this picture a second too late but the air coming up from the ground was making Camden's dress fly up. It was funny. Anyways......

We started the day off at Shady Maple Smorgasbord. Yummy. Sorry my beautiful face isn't in this one. I was taking the picture.

Eli munching on his hand while waiting for some grub.

Here we are in front of the Academy of Music. (where graduation was held)

I know, my hair is flat. It lookes like I had a hat on. I thought it looked better than that.

Brent and Allayne Orr. Pround parents of their son.

Eli playing with my necklace while sitting through some boring speeches.

We pack up the truck tomorrow and leave on Sunday. Tears. We have no job. More tears. D's parents are going to help us drive our cars back. We will be stopping in Palmyra and Niagara Falls and then to Minnesota (where they live) We will be there for a couple weeks and then we are going to Idaho. Hopefully in that time we can find some work. We will miss you all!!!

Congratulations! This really is an exciting and emotional time! Upon graduation we didn't have a job either, but everything worked itself out just in time! Enjoy your travels home. We did Palmyra and Niagara on the way out too, it was lots of fun!

Hi, I'm Chelsea's sister. Thanks for visiting my blog. Congrats on graduation from Dental school. What a great accomplishment. I know how hard it is to leave when you've made such good friends. Good luck in the job search.

This is the second time I'm doing Herbalife. I did it about 8 years ago and lost 30 lbs, so I'm going to try and do the same. I've been doing it now for about 2 weeks and I've lost 5 lbs, so we'll see. I have a shake twice a day and eat a sensible dinner or sometimes lunch. Anyway, I also take the multivitamin and cell activator. It's all cellular nutrition and they have different weight loss programs. You can email me at daciamatthew@hotmail.com if you want more information.

Good luck with the move.
