I made this for dinner tonight. I wish I had a taken a picture before ate it. But, I didn't.
My friend Sarah gave me this recipe to try. It was super easy. No I did not personally make it up like I do my other recipe's.
I don't want to talk it up to much so here it is..................
Chicken Pesto Lasagna
1 box cooked lasagna (I only used 9 noodles)
1 jar alfredo sauce
8 oz. Italian cheese
2 or 3 chicken breasts cooked and sliced
1/4 cup pesto sauce
mix Alfredo, pesto, and 1/3 Cup water
Cook and slice chicken
Layer in greased casserole dish: sauce, noodles, sauce, chicken, and cheese....... 3 times.
Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes then broil 4-5 minutes.
DELISH!!!!!!!!!

This recipe sounds delish! Must be from a talented chef who knew you needed to mix up your dinners with some Italian for once. LOL. You need to give me a blogging 101 course....I have blog envy!
Sounds yummy and easy...my 2 recipe requirements. I'll have to try it. If it works out for me, would you mind if I posted it on a recipe blog?
